the room was really comfy the staff were friendly and accommodating.

i had a disappointing experience the bathroom seemed outdated there was a noticeable smell resembling urine and mold it really needed an upgrade and a deep clean the overall condition of the room felt tired for the price i paid.

The staff was very cute. i asked for a taxi and they booked it for me immediately. check out was a similar experience. food in the restaurant tasted good and kids eat free. It was great! the breakfast was perfect. The team served us well, especially gemma, olga and jeffrey.

The hotel is aging a bit. The toilet flush sometimes ran continuously and was hard to operate.

The site looks luxurious inside. I could see that the staff are accommodating and very friendly. a good-sized swimming pool, steam room and jacuzzi were available. a large television was in the room, though netflix wasn't free to use.

The room was large enough, and i asked for extra pillows, and i received them quickly. the bathroom looked good. It was warm and clean. And i am very sensitive to cleanliness! the bed was comfy and spacious.

i found the food excellent, both the evening meal and breakfast were of good quality. the staff was helpful and efficient, particularly tracy, who stood out. the hotel's location is convenient for accessing both bramley and the train to london, made my commute easy.

i thought the parking charges were unexpected for hotel guests.
